With over 20 years of real-world coaching experience, Juan is the creator of the Unconventional Gym Athlete methodology,  a movement system that fuses barbells, kettlebells, maces, sandbags, bodyweight flows, and conditioning tools into a seamless training approach designed to unlock mobility, athleticism, and resilience.

Juan’s mission is clear: to develop not just bodies, but humans that move better, think clearer, and live stronger. His programs serve everyone from elite athletes to military operators, first responders, and driven everyday athletes who want to perform well in the gym and beyond it.
